Vancouver, turn off your engines and join the festivities! Sunday, June 19th is not only Father’s Day, but also Car-Free Day, when streets in four Vancouver neighbourhoods will shut down streets and host performances and activities.
Because Car-Free Day festivals are community-driven and powered by volunteers, each neighbourhood’s events will be different – so you definitely have to check them all out!

You can also learn a little more about what’s happening at each location – Kitsilano, Main Street, West End and Commercial Drive.
Some of these locations are still looking for volunteers as well (there are perks and raffle draws for volunteers ;] ).
